A happy home for every piece.

Choose an indoor spot with indirect light, away from persistent dampness. Use hanging hardware suitable for your wall and the weight of your piece.

Keep the packaging until you have checked your portrait. If it arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos of the piece and packaging.

01 · A gentle touch.

Fine art paper

  • For light dust, gently use a dry, soft cloth or feather duster.
  • Display the print away from direct sunlight. Framing helps protect its surface from damage.

02 · Keep the view clear.

Framed & matted prints

  • Your framed print has an acrylic cover. Gently remove dust from the cover and frame with a dry, soft cloth or feather duster.
  • Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals and abrasive tools.

03 · Less is more.

Gallery & framed canvas

  • Gently remove dust with a dry, soft cloth.
  • If you notice a mark, damage or a loose canvas, contact us before attempting a repair.

04 · Let it shine.

Glossy white metal

  • Hold the panel at its edges when moving it. Use a microfiber cloth for dust and fingerprints.
  • If a mark persists, lightly dampen the cloth with distilled water. Put moisture on the cloth, rather than directly on the panel. Avoid paper towels and abrasive products.
