Terms of service

Effective September 28, 2026. These terms describe ordering from Framed & Fabled, a Mettle Forge venture.

  1. Your photos. You confirm you own the rights to any photo you upload and have the consent of the people in it. Photos that include children are not accepted during our pets-first launch.
  2. What we make. Portraits are generated by AI models from your photo under styles designed by our studio. Results vary; that is why previews are free, subject to the fair-use limit shown in the studio.
  3. The preview is the print. We print the image you selected, without the watermark, prepared at the size and crop shown for your product. We never regenerate a purchased image. Colors can differ between a lit screen, paper, canvas, and metal. Metal prints may lose up to ¼ inch at the edges during production. Room previews illustrate placement and approximate scale; check the listed dimensions before ordering.
  4. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout, where you can review the full total before paying. Standard US shipping is free. Stripe processes payment; we do not store your card number. Keep your order number and checkout email to use our order tracker.
  5. Privacy. Our Photo Promise is part of these terms: no AI training, no biometrics, auto-deletion, never in marketing without explicit opt-in, never for children.
  6. Guarantee and refunds. Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your order, including free cancellation or address changes during the one-hour hold after checkout. Refunds go to the original payment method. Contact help@framedandfabled.com with your order number for help.
  7. Shipping. Made to order in the USA, shipped in 2 to 3 business days, delivered in about a week. Holiday cutoffs are posted on the site. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
  8. Digital artwork. Downloadable artwork is for your personal use and personal printing. Once downloaded, digital files are refundable only for defects. Download and save your purchased files before their availability period ends; purchased masters and previews are scheduled for deletion 45 days after payment.
  9. Creators. Referral commissions follow the creator agreement; self-referrals and coupon-site postings void commission.
