Our photo promise

What happens to your photos

1. Your photos stay yours. We never sell, share, license, or publish them.
2. No AI training, ever. Not by us, not by our AI providers. We only use paid, enterprise-grade services whose contracts say so.
3. Auto-delete. Unpurchased uploads and previews are scheduled for deletion 7 days after they are created. Purchased masters and previews are scheduled for deletion 45 days after payment. Print files are kept for fulfillment and reprints; contact us to request their removal after your order is complete.
4. No face recognition, no biometric data. We never build or store a face template.
5. Limited staff access. Staff use individual accounts to review purchased print files for quality and fulfillment.
6. Never in our marketing without your separate written permission. We do not use photos of children in marketing.

Photos of children

We are not accepting photos that include children during our pets-first launch. Please do not upload a child's photo yet, even if it also includes a pet. We will offer those portraits after their additional safeguards are ready.

How it works under the hood

• Location data (EXIF and GPS) is stripped the instant a photo arrives.
• Originals, generated masters, previews, and print files live in private storage. Customer preview links expire after 15 minutes.
• Images, artwork links, filenames, private gallery links, and order-access tokens are never sent to advertising or analytics tools.
• Scheduled deletion runs every few hours and writes a record of what it erased.

Saved work on your device

This browser saves your selected photo, finished portrait links, product choices, and room layouts so you can refresh or return later. Room photos and product choices stay on your device, and private browsing or clearing site data can remove them. Inactive browser drafts expire after 7 days and are removed when you next visit. Uploaded photos and artwork still follow the deletion schedule above. Use Clear saved work in the Studio to remove browser drafts, or Delete my photos below to also erase eligible uploaded files.

Optional measurement

In the United States, site analytics and ad measurement are on by default unless you opt out using Your privacy choices or Do not sell or share in the footer. In places where prior permission is required, optional measurement stays off until you choose it. We honor Global Privacy Control signals, and we keep your saved choices when you return. Google Analytics measures visits and shopping activity. Meta receives consented public page visits, fixed shopping steps, checkout and purchase activity. We also keep limited product-selection and error records to operate the store and diagnose checkout problems. Neither receives your photos, artwork links, filenames, private gallery links, or order-access tokens. Admin pages and prelaunch test activity are excluded. These choices are separate from email offers, and opting out does not prevent shopping. Changing your choices stops future measurement; it does not erase information already received by a provider.

Emailing your gallery

When gallery email is available, you can request a private link to open your saved portraits on another device. Anyone with that link can open the gallery, so keep it private. Links expire after 7 days; requesting another link or deleting your photos revokes earlier links. A link does not extend the artwork's deletion date. We use HighLevel to deliver requested gallery links and order updates. These service messages do not sign you up for marketing. Our app keeps notification delivery records for up to 30 days; order and support records are kept separately.

Preview credits and your email

You can create your first three portraits without an email. We ask for an email to continue creating and store it with your browser session. New styles and offer emails are optional, with a separate choice. Your free allowance does not reset daily, and removing photos or browser drafts does not restore used credits. Failed generations do not use a preview credit. Adding an email does not create an account or sync artwork between devices.

Welcome offers and reminders

Choosing Get my 10% offer signs you up for email offers and portrait reminders. You can dismiss the offer and keep shopping, or unsubscribe from any promotional email. The welcome email includes a private link that restores your first physical order saving for 7 days. This offer link does not open your photos or gallery. Reminder emails stop after purchase or unsubscribe.

Delete my photos now

This erases original uploads and unpurchased artwork associated with this browser. Artwork in a paid order is kept for fulfillment and reprints. Contact us to request its removal after your order is complete.
