Our photo promise

What happens to your photos

1. Your photos stay yours. We never sell, share, license, or publish them.
2. No AI training, ever. Not by us, not by our AI providers. We only use paid, enterprise-grade services whose contracts say so.
3. Auto-delete. Unpurchased uploads and previews are scheduled for deletion 7 days after they are created. Purchased masters and previews are scheduled for deletion 45 days after payment. Print files are kept for fulfillment and reprints; contact us to request their removal after your order is complete.
4. No face recognition, no biometric data. We never build or store a face template.
5. Limited staff access. Staff use individual accounts to review purchased print files for quality and fulfillment.
6. Never in our marketing without your separate written permission. We do not use photos of children in marketing.

Photos of children

We are not accepting photos that include children during our pets-first launch. Please do not upload a child's photo yet, even if it also includes a pet. We will offer those portraits after their additional safeguards are ready.

How it works under the hood

• Location data (EXIF and GPS) is stripped the instant a photo arrives.
• Originals, generated masters, previews, and print files live in private storage. Customer preview links expire after 15 minutes.
• Nothing about your images is sent to advertising or analytics tools.
• Scheduled deletion runs every few hours and writes a record of what it erased.
