How long does it take?

Previews appear in seconds after you upload. Prints are made in the USA in 2 to 3 business days and usually arrive within a week of shipping.

What if I do not like the result?

Preview as many styles as you like before you buy; the preview is exactly what we print. If the likeness is not right after you order, you get one free regeneration in any style, or a full refund within 30 days.

Can I print it myself?

Yes. The digital file is $39 on its own, or $5 added to any print.

What happens to my photo?

We strip location data on upload, keep every photo private, and schedule unpurchased uploads for deletion after 7 days. You can delete unpurchased images from the photo promise page. Paid artwork is retained for fulfillment and reprints. Read the photo promise ↗

Which photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where the face is easy to see, ideally taken at their eye level. Phone photos are fine; we resize on your device before anything is uploaded.

What sizes and formats are there?
